Terms of Purchase & Digital Product Agreement
Welcome to Match Point Lifestyle. By purchasing The Ultimate Tennis Guide (including Pre-Orders and Standard Sales), you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Delivery & Fulfillment Timeline
Depending on when you purchase the digital product, the following delivery terms apply:
For Pre-Orders: If you purchase this product during its pre-order phase, you are securing access to a digital e-book currently in production. The completed digital product will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided at checkout no later than June 30, 2026.
For Standard / Regular Sales (Post-Launch): If you purchase this product after its official launch date, the digital product will be delivered instantly to your provided email address or made available for download immediately upon successful completion of payment processing.
Technical Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is 100% correct. If you do not receive your digital download via email within the specified timeframe above, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
No Refunds: Due to the instant, downloadable, and reproducible nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances—regardless of whether the product was purchased as a pre-order or a standard sale. This includes technical incompatibility or a change of mind.
3. International Consumer Rights & EU/UK Waiver
We welcome international customers. However, because digital products are accessible globally, specific international rules apply:
EU/UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver: Under European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection laws, buyers typically have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling-off period) for online purchases. By checking the box to agree to these Terms, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that you completely waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered, access is granted, or the pre-order period concludes.
Currency and Fees: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Match Point Lifestyle is not responsible for any international transaction fees, foreign exchange rates, or banking charges applied by your financial institution.
Local Taxes & VAT: Where applicable, local sales tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your geographic location.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your pre-order prior to June 30, 2026, please email our support team directly at matchpointlifestyle@gmail.com with your order details.
4. Intellectual Property & Limited License
All content, structure, layout, training methodologies, graphics, and text within The Ultimate Tennis Guide are the exclusive intellectual property of Match Point Lifestyle and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, distributing, reselling, uploading to shared public drives, reproducing, or transmitting any part of this digital product to any third party without express written permission from the copyright owner.
Enforcement: Any unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of this intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and will result in the immediate termination of your digital access without a refund, alongside potential legal action.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from this purchase shall be resolved获得 exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida.
